It’s an honour to be working with the great team at Martin Charlton Communications.
Since joining the team this past March, I’ve seen first-hand why this agency has been a leader in communications in Saskatchewan for the past decade. To be working alongside Saskatchewan leaders like Paul Martin and Mary-Lynn Charlton is something I’m very excited about.
I join the team after working for several years as a ministerial aide and digital strategist for the Saskatchewan Party government and for Premier Scott Moe. I served as a ministerial aide for several years at the Legislative Building before joining the team at the Saskatchewan Party headquarters as the Director of Communications in 2017. Following the election of Scott Moe as leader and Premier in early 2018, I joined executive council and office of the Premier as the premier’s Director of Digital Operations, handling his daily social media activities and digital operations across executive government.
On September 1, 2018 I decided it was time to leave government and venture out on my own. In the past year I have worked independently with clients, helping them with political campaigns and communications, issue-based campaigns, social media content and advertising, traditional advertising, and various public relations strategies.
During the first number of months as an independent contractor my relationship with Mary-Lynn Charlton and Kelly Gallagher grew, and they asked if I would join their team on a part-time basis. The first number of months working with this agency have been eye-opening; the breadth and depth of the work that this agency does with clients is astounding.
I’m looking forward to helping out this already stellar team of communications professionals and leaders.
